    DIRECTOR/ SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    Sarah is an occupational therapist, focusing on neurology & acquired brain injury rehabilitation for adults.

    Sarah graduated from Curtin University in 2009 and started her career within the WA tertiary health system at Shenton Park & Royal Perth Hospital, inspiring her direction in neurological Occupational Therapy. She gained further neurological experience whilst working in London’s tertiary NHS hospitals, private facilities, and community settings.

    On returning to Perth in 2015, Sarah took up the role of Senior OT in the WA State Rehabilitation Service; Neurology at Fiona Stanley Hospital. She commenced working in the private neuro community setting in 2020. Her area of interest is working with individuals in the community to re-integrate back to daily life after an acquired brain injury. Sarah is experienced working with people with traumatic brain injury, stroke, Guillain Barre Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, Functional Neurological Disorder, amongst other neurological conditions. Sarah uses the Perceive Recall Plan Perform (PRPP) assessment and intervention processes in much of her approach.

    She has completed a post Graduate Certificate in Neurological Rehabilitation, through Edith Cowan University.

    Sarah’s aim is to provide practical, holistic, collaborative and evidence-based approaches to move clients closer to leading more independent, productive and satisfying lives.
